Custom Links for Standard Web Interface Now Available

HighOrbit now provides company administrators a new tool for creating company-specific links in the HighOrbit Web Interface. This options can be found under the Admin menu, and then selecting Links. New links can be added to the Web Interface and will appear just above the Manual Start links in the left navigation area.

Links can point to a company's intranet, a vendor site, a news portal, or any other web address the administrator defines. You simply supply the title for the link (what will be displayed), and the URL for the actual link itself.

In the near future, these links can be display to only certain security groups, can be placed in areas other than the left navigation bar, and will be able to optionally pop up new windows, leaving the Web Interface in its original browser window.
