To provide our partners with the best and most profitable options, HighOrbit has two partner programs designed to meet a partner company's requirements and capabilities. The Private Label Program allows a partner to re-brand, and resell the HighOrbit Workflow application to its customer along with value added workflows and professional services. The Certified Solution Provider Program allows partners to offer HighOrbit Workflow as part of an overall solution to its clients.
Private Label Program
The Private Label Program allows solution providers to market the workflow engine along with any customized, industry specific workflows to end-users branded as the partner's own application. Multi-Company Concurrent Seat Licenses allow the partner to share one server among multiple end user companies in a SaaS environment.

One time Private Label fee: $25k

Annual costs: $5000/year

Additional resale concurrent, multi-company seats available for $250 each (one time cost)
Certified Solution Provider Program
The Certified Solution Provider Program is for partner who provide a variety of services of consulting for their clients. Partners offer HighOrbit Workflow as part of an overall solution to their customers and provide consulting along with workflow related design services.
Included in this Program:

Partner to receive 25% on gross cash receipts for reseller's registered customers for various products and services

Products and services to include monthly recurring access fees, activation fees, custom database fees, personalization fees, dedicated server sales, annual maintenance fees, and dedicated hosted server fees.

Does not include wire transfer fees, professional services provided directly by HighOrbit Corporation, or other incidental fees
Partner Requirements:

Staff must meet minimum sales and technical experience levels

Partner must register customer via web site or email within 10 days of trial signup

HighOrbit will bill customer direct for HighOrbit related services

Partner to provide 1st tier support to customer

HighOrbit will bill customer or Partner for any support or professional services provided to Partner or customer at HighOrbit's standard support rate.
