Recent Feature Additions HighOrbit
is excited to announce a number of major new enhancements to
HighOrbit Workflow. Most of these are due to customer feedback, and as always,
we strive to keep our feature set up-to-date with the needs of our
users.
By popular request, we have added the ability to populate
drop-downs in forms from information in a database. Now you can
generate lists, checkboxes, or radio buttons based on information
obtained from a database query. Please ask your Process Specialist for
information on setting up the proper data sources, and for examples on
how to use this new feature.
Other notable enhancements include:
| · Better organization of menus | · ability to pass document data types into and out of sub-processes | | · More expression functionality for line item table data manipulation | · SMTP authentication | | · A Server Administrator "Dashboard" screen | · A "Last Task Completed By" expression | | · Better international date formatting | · A RSS feed for pulling down task lists | | · Complex formulas in line item table calculations | · A Web Post action to access external web sites | | · Ability to add or subtract fractional units in date calculations | · Increased file upload size limit |
